About Lisa
I'm Lisa Kleinhofer — and I've sat in the rooms you're sitting in. I've navigated the politics, the burnout, the identity shifts that come with leading at a high level. I've felt the gap between who I was at work and who I actually am. That gap is exactly why I do this work.
With over 20 years of senior leadership experience across public education, nonprofits, startups, and global tech companies, I founded Take the Risk Leadership Group to focus on the whole person — the complete, authentic leader you are when all the roles in your life finally align.
